MY STORY
I came to the United States in 2021 to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Penn State University. My professional career has been built in the pharmaceutical industry, where I work as a Process Engineer supporting highly regulated manufacturing operations.
Working in regulated environments taught me lessons that extend far beyond engineering:
- Decisions should be supported by data.
- Risk should be identified before it becomes a problem.
- Systems outperform guesswork.
- Long-term success comes from disciplined execution.
As I studied commercial real estate, I noticed many of the same principles applied. While headlines often focus on returns and upside potential, sustainable performance is usually driven by operational excellence, conservative assumptions, and thoughtful risk management.
That realization led me to create Blueseva Rental LLC and CRE Risk Desk.
My focus is on workforce housing opportunities where value can be created through operational execution rather than speculation. I spend my time analyzing markets, underwriting opportunities, interviewing industry professionals, and sharing insights that help investors better understand risk and commercial real estate fundamentals.
