Understanding the StarterHome.Fund Model - Discussion with Jerry Miller, CEO of Starterhome Fund

 

StarterHome.Fund is focused on addressing housing affordability through structured real estate investment strategies centered on multifamily-to-condominium conversion opportunities across select U.S. markets.


The model is designed to create pathways for expanding homeownership by converting multifamily assets into individually owned condominium units, potentially increasing housing supply efficiency in markets experiencing affordability constraints.


This approach typically involves identifying underutilized multifamily properties, evaluating conversion feasibility, managing entitlement and regulatory processes, and executing phased condominium sales to end buyers.


Fund-of-Funds Discussion


We recently met with Jerry Miller to discuss potential collaboration opportunities involving a fund-of-funds structure built around this investment strategy.

The concept explored how institutional capital could be aggregated and allocated across multiple underlying vehicles focused on multifamily-to-condominium conversion projects in different geographic markets.


The objective of the discussion was to evaluate whether a fund-of-funds framework could:

Corporate Compliance Milestone Achieved

Corporate compliance milestone: first S-Corporation tax return filed in Wyoming.

We’re pleased to share that the company has successfully completed its first S-Corporation tax filing and filed its annual report with the State of Wyoming.
